Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. This means that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the house, including the apartment.
Please note our nighttime rest period from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Access
The apartment offers a self-check-in service that allows the guest to check-in independently at any time after 3 p.m. Access to the apartment is via an electronic access code provided to the guest via their cell phone.
Public transport
The apartment is in an easily accessible location as it is only a 1 minute walk from the U4 subway station Hietzing. The U4 line connects the Hietzing district with many important sights and districts of Vienna, such as the city center, Schönbrunn Palace, the Vienna State Opera, the Naschmarkt and many others.
