1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the temporary rental of apartments between Duschel Management GmbH and the guest.

Reservations are made via booking systems or third-party platforms. A binding contract is concluded upon booking.

The full amount must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

A security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit covers damages or additional costs.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided no claims exist.

The cancellation policy agreed at booking applies.

Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out until 10:00 AM

Late check-out: EUR 25 per hour

The accommodation is for residential purposes only. No commercial use or subletting without permission.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM
No smoking (EUR 50 fee)

Electronic access system. Entry allowed in urgent cases.

Liability limited to gross negligence and intent.

Guests are liable for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
