Spacious apartment with high ceilings and doors and in a great location. Good WiFi (once we figured out how to connect), kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms spacious. There are a couple of negatives: check-in was rushed, there was no explanation of the WiFi or TV system or how to control the heating (we eventually found the required remote control units hidden in a basket on top of the fridge!!);. Also, given the quality of the apartment space the furniture was rather cheap-ish and lacked any style - in one of the bedrooms there wasn't even a wardrobe, only a cheap metal cloth rack.
Amazing location and apartment with a view. A lot of space for 4 people and it could have slept 6 comfortably without anyone on the couch.
Separate toilets than the restrooms were nice so that 4 people could get ready at the same time.
We stayed at the Opernring 23 apartment (Mozart III) twice now. Not the cheapest place but good value for money. It is one of the grand old Viennese apartments with large rooms, high ceilings, wing doors ... and the location couldn't be better. They now have a lobby nearby where you can store you luggage for a few hours if you don't leave Vienna immediately after the 11:00 check-out. The only negative point: the furniture seems to be cheap IKEA-style - something with a little more style or class would be welcome. But I guess next year we book it again.
Everything is fine. Only one issue: the lift worked only 3 out of 5 days.
